Roles & Responsibilities
As a Scrum Master/project coordinator, following are the roles and responsibilities :
- Initiate and manage the sprint planning, estimation, daily scrum meetings, demo/review and retrospective meetings
- Help the the project team with self-organization, identify sprint impediments and address any blockers, to ensure that the sprint goals are met
- Tracking project cycles and deliverables and review the project deliverables with the project team before sprint reviews and demos, to ensure that the backlog is ready for delivery as committed
- Conflict management and resolution
- Project team allocation, task management and keeping the stakeholders informed about the status of the project on a regular basis
- Sign off the new application/project before going live and hand hold till smooth functioning of application.
Other roles & responsibilities :
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders and project team to ensure that the project requirements are well defined and ready for development
- Manage the sprint backlog and ensure that the project team is on track with deliverables

- Knowledgeable in project management methodologies, techniques and best practices
