We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational and communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a keen interest in human resources. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions and supporting our employees throughout their employment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, managing applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials for new hires, including orientation schedules and employee handbooks.
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee timesheets and documentation.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops, including logistics and material preparation.
- Handle general HR inquiries and provide support to employees and management as needed.
- Assist in the maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Support other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by HR management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR role is a plus but not required.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude and strong team player.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
