As our new Head of Digital Transformation, you’ll lead the evolution of the systems and digital tools that power our business. This isn’t your typical IT role, it’s about delivering meaningful change and enabling smarter ways of working across every department.
You’ll report to the Business Operations Director and lead our internal IT team, including ERP and AI specialists. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to deliver our digital roadmap, ensuring our systems, data, and infrastructure support future growth. From optimising our ERP to implementing scalable tech like WMS and automation tools, you’ll be key to helping us scale effectively.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week.
Hybrid Working:
This role offers hybrid working, with time in the office especially valued during our busiest periods when collaboration is key. While you’re finding your feet at Flair, you’ll spend most of your days in the office, working our core hours of 09:30–15:30, Monday to Friday—with flexibility around start and finish times to suit your schedule and location.
