IN THIS ROLE
You will be responsible for business development activities with Flowbird’s existing customers and the development of a sales pipeline with new customers.
You will influence the development of and execute a business development strategy where the key objectives are to build on the success achieved within public transport sector and to contribute to the overall growth of the company.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Proven track record of success in a complex sales environment
- B2B Business Development of technology solutions
- Experience of Customer Relationship Management
- Experience of completing proposals / tenders
- Experience in public transport like payments or mobility systems
- Negotiation skills
- CRM use of Salesforce
- You will have gained experience in engineering or a complex project delivery environment.
- You will have received training in a complex sales methodology

- Comfortable working in a corporate environment
- Excellent relationship skills both internally and externally
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Able to communicate with all levels of management
- Flexible and adaptable with a pragmatic and ‘can do’ approach
- Valid Driving Licence
