We are looking to add an Accounts Payable Clerk to our dynamic team who will report to the Corporate Controller and perform a wide variety of accounting duties that require initiative and a significant amount of judgment in solving problems.

Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the receipt, processing and control of all vendor invoices;
- Responsible for all employee expense reports and reimbursements;
- Ensures the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of invoice processing;
- Ensures vendor files are kept current;
- Handles phone calls from customers and vendors;
- Performs various general ledger account reconciliations;
- Daily bank statement processing; and
- Assists on special projects and other duties as assigned by the Controller.
Skills and Attributes:
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, collection process;
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team consistently meeting deadlines;
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Strong analytical abilities and excellent mathematical skills;
- Advanced computer skills (MS Word and Excel); and
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and all levels within the organization.
Education/Experience:
- High School diploma;
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred but not mandatory;
- 2 years’ experience in an accounting;
- Experience working on an ERP system, MFG Pro ideal; and
- Reasonable expertise updating, creating and working within Excel spreadsheets.
