Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Field Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate field operations across multiple job sites. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage field teams, including foremen, supervisors, and electricians
Oversee daily operations across multiple job sites
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards (OSHA, NEC)
Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and clients
Conduct site visits, inspections, and performance evaluations
Resolve field issues and provide technical guidance
Mentor and develop field personnel
Qualifications
7+ years of electrical field experience (commercial/industrial preferred)
3+ years in a supervisory or management role
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards
Proven leadership and team management skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Valid driver’s license required
Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
