Role Summary
For Love & Lemons is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is dedicated to nurturing our digital community and translating our signature romantic aesthetic into engaging social narratives. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our social channels, ensuring our brand story is told with consistency, beauty, and innovation.
What’ll you do
- Manage the daily publishing and scheduling of content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook
- Write evocative and on-brand captions that resonate with our community and encourage active conversation
- Maintain a cohesive visual grid and story aesthetic that reflects the romantic and detailed nature of our collections
- Engage with our audience daily by monitoring comments and direct messages to foster a positive brand community
- Research and identify emerging social trends, audio, and platform features to keep the brand ahead of the curve
- Collaborate with the internal creative team to ensure social assets align with monthly marketing themes and product launches
- Track and report on weekly engagement metrics, follower growth, and click-through rates to inform future strategy
- Curate and request permissions for high-quality user-generated content to feature across our official channels
- Support influencer seeding efforts by identifying creators who authentically embody the For Love & Lemons lifestyle

Salary range: 55k to 62k per year
