We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and verify data in company databases and systems
• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them promptly
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Organize and manage digital files and records
• Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Meet daily and weekly productivity targets

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or higher preferred)
• Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace
• Excellent typing speed and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
