Qualifications
- Must possess professional and effective verbal and written communication skills required to competently interact with customers
- Must be willing to learn, retain, and recall procedural and regulatory information to ensure effective and accurate communication with existing and prospective customers
- Must possess the ability to prioritize & handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to navigate computer system and enter data accurately
Responsibilities
- You would be receiving inbound customer communications regarding our Online Store on a RingCentral phone mobile app and Zendesk Tickets
- Some outbound calling to existing and prospective customers is also required
- Some outbound calling to our vendors to check the status of customers' orders
- Communicate and check in daily using the Slack app.
- Communicate customer requests and service matters to management to expedite and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available from 9 am - 6 pm EST / New York City.
