POSITION SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a business development professional who will assume a highly visible, and active role within the company. This role involves contact with clients including initial screenings, and participating in follow-up sales meetings & communications. You will manage reporting, tracking, and follow-up activities, identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients, and maintain a good working relationship with new and existing contacts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Actively seek out new business opportunities, and build sales pipeline
- Oversee inbound, and outbound leads
- Lead client-facing meetings help frame solutions, and showcase our talent, and capabilities
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion
- Assist in preparing documentation such as offers, contracts, budget proposals
- Support nurturing campaigns
- Mentor, and manage entry-level staff (sales & marketing specialists)
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 3 years of professional experience with business development in IT industry
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
- Exceptional interpersonal verbal skills, and superior presentation skills are required
- Excellent verbal, and written communication skills in English (a must)
- Strong analytical, and problem solving skills
- Ambitious, responsible, and action-oriented - getting this done well, and efficiently
- Ability to influence decisions, and close contracts using a proactive consultative approach
- Comfortable working independently in a global setting including multiple cultures and time zones
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Willingness, and ability to perform additional incoming screening activities (with clients from US) after hours
- Willingness, and ability for occasional international travel trade-shows client-pitches
- Scientific or technical education or professional background
- Experience working with international teams, and clients
