POSITION SUMMARY:

- Salary: 180-220 PLN/h net + VAT

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Take pride in your creative architecture decisions for iOS and Android mobile applications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 6+ years of combined experience developing native iOS apps
- Ability to provide technical leadership in mid-sized projects in all aspects (technology, client communication, architecture, infrastructure, project lifecycle, security, performance, scalability, etc.)
- Experience in consulting environment (i.e., recommending architecture and best-practices to external clients) creating NEW software applications
- Experience leading the technical design and development of at least 3 different products/projects in the past 5 years
- General application performance optimization hands-on
- Helping conduct security audits and/or creating action plans to respond to audits
- Coaching/mentoring experience
- Proven English oral and written communication skills
- Experience or willingness to manage a team of Mobile Developers
NICE TO HAVES:
- Bachelor's degree or greater
- Experience developing native Android apps
- Knowledge of cross platform mobile app frameworks (eg. React Native, Flutter, Ionic, etc.)
- Knowledge of configuring and utilizing mobile back-end as a services such as Firebase
- Experience with web development languages & tools - client-side or server-side
