POSITION SUMMARY:
We’d like to invite you for a paid internship program. During the internship, you’ll have an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge technologies in web and mobile applications development. Upon the completion of the program, you will have a chance to earn a spot on our team. We are seeking self-motivated, self-disciplined, and entrepreneurial hackers (i.e., enthusiastic and skilful computer programmers) to work alongside our Warsaw team.
ESSENTIALS:
- Location: Młynarska 7, Warsaw, Poland (hybrid work model)
- Employment: Paid 3 months internship program (based on “Umowa zlecenie”)
- Timeline: July 3rd - Sept 30th (full-time)
- Project industry: Software development for HealthTech, FinTech, and FoodTech industries
- Company size: 70+
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- To be an independent quick learner
- Currently enrolled student (3rd+ year of college) OR just graduated (preferred students of Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics or related faculties from the following universities: Politechnika Warszawska, PJATK, WAT, Politechnika Gdańska, UW, Politechnika Łódzka, Politechnika Wrocławska, Politechnika Krakowska, AGH, Politechnika Poznańska, UJ, Uniwersytet Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu or foreign technical universities)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (a must)
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
- A superior personal character and work ethic
- Passion for programming
- Knowledge of any of the following: SQL/noSql, iOS, Android, .Net, Java, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Angular, React, Python, Kafka, Flink, or any other modern dev stack
- Available 40h during the week
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Evidence of contributions to open source projects
- International work or academic experience
- Academic awards (mathematics, science, programming, painting, whatever) received within the last five years
- High marks/grades point average (and let us know if you won any scholarships)
- Active participation in student organizations or science clubs
- Anything else you think is relevant to brag about :)
