POSITION SUMMARY:
This position involves leading our global consulting team - a multi-disciplinary group of project managers, software developers, testers, analysts and UX designers that design & build new digital products for our clients. You will be coordinating the overall delivery of our projects to maximize the results for clients, team engagement, and FM profitability. We’re looking for an experienced leader of consulting teams who inspires ambition and unleashes the potential of their teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Design and execute FM growth strategy for scaling its client-facing consulting services
- Co-develop the growth and expansion plans for offices in Poland and the USA
- Manage and coach the leads of the PM/Tech/QA/UX/BA teams
- Own the engagement and retention strategy for the delivery teams
- Create and implement delivery management processes & tools
- Coordinate the short-term and long term headcount and allocations to projects
- Work with the finance and project management teams on budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring
- Assist Business Development with project scheduling and cost estimation support
- Work with the marketing and HR team on employer branding & recruitment
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Project and account management experience with in context of a consulting firm developing custom software
- Proven ability to solve strategic and tactical problems
- Exceptional analytical and planning skills
- Results-oriented, balancing attention to detail with big picture, strategic thinking.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Superior personal character and work ethic
- Fluency with technology tools needed by the manager of a global technology firm - analytic, presentation, messaging, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent English is a must - C1/C2 proficiency)
- Experience with Agile and waterfall project management approaches
- Bachelor’s degree or greater (any field)
NICE TO HAVE:
- Hands-on experience as a technical lead
- Working with startups and enterprise clients
- Experience with teams and clients geographically distributed
- Understanding of digital product development (technical considerations, strategic business perspectives, and UX principles)
- Formal project management trainings and certifications
- Familiarity with Design Thinking, Lean Startup, the Design Sprint and other modern product design strategies
