Accounting Officer at Fresh Cleans

We are looking for a Accounting Officer (remote for the UK) to join our Finance Department. 

We are a new start UK based domestic cleaning company aggressively expanding.

You will primarily be responsible for recording and maintaining the Business’ financial transactions such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices and payments.

Our core working hours are 9-5 UK time.

You will speak English fluently and just as good as mother tongue.

There is lots of progression to grow and expand within the Company and really shape the role to be your own. 

To be successful in this role, you should have work experience in Bookkeeping (Expert Level) and be highly proficient with Excel (Expert Level)with experience in Xero Accounting Software.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
• Update and maintain the general ledger
• Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system
• Recording of debits and credits
• Maintain the trail balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers
• Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions
• Use knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements
• Monitor any variances from the projected budget

Salary: Full time starting R7,500 - R10,000 per month depending on experience.
