PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To work within a small team providing a scheduled grounds maintenance service throughout the London / Essex area. Sites will include Enfield, Hackney etc. Tasks include grass cutting, weed control, site clearance and litter lifting, hedge and shrub pruning, leaf clearance etc.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Please be aware that the sites vary in size, location, terrain, slopes and gradients and that work activities continue in all weather conditions.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance services and ability to operate a range of horticultural equipment including push mowers, strimmers, hedge cutting equipment etc.
• An appreciation of adhering to health and safety policies and procedures
• Quality conscious with good customer care skills
• Full driving license

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:

• PA1 and PA6 spraying certificates
• Horticultural knowledge and qualification in horticulture related subject
