Our client is currently looking for consultants to join in a number of different teams, where your day to day task will be to build strong relationships with candidates and clients in order to help hire talent for some of the biggest UK companies.

The role:

• Looking after the full recruitment process (360 recruitment)
• Identify & Qualify: Source and approach potential candidates in a telephone based environment, assessing their suitability against specific client requirements
• Resource: Utilise job boards, internal database and social media to find high quality professionals
• Building and Developing relationships with new and existing clients
• Proactively seeking new business opportunities & generating leads
• Business development, market research

Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential. However, a passion and aptitude for a sales based role is a must.
