We are growing rapidly and are looking for a Head of Operations who will oversee operations to efficiently scale technology, teams and service, and enable our users to slash carbon, save cash and earn rewards.
Regarding location: The CEO and our headquarters are near Washington DC. This job could be done remotely.

About the Role…
The Head of Operations will initially report to the CEO and play a key role in building the foundations for rapid scale, with the opportunity to grow our operations team over time. In this role, you will help build the right team and define and institutionalize processes for growing a fintech that’s nimble, compliant and responsive to our members.
