Great opportunity for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our business on a flexible, part time basis.

About The Role:

 

You’ll be part of our sales and marketing team working closely with our Director of Client Partnerships and CEO to drive the future growth of the agency.  You will be planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising, maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels and measuring / reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.  You’ll also be overseeing all outbound activity to create new business opportunities for the sales team which will include email campaigns, building referral networks and planning/running events.

 

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Plan and execute all outbound marketing activity including email campaigns and nurture activity to drive new business opportunities, aligned to the Awareness, Consideration and Decision funnel
  • Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Alignment and integration of all marketing activity through HubSpot to ensure accurate reporting, insights and exceptional customer journey.

 

Must have skills and experience

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing and outbound marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEM Rush etc)
  • Solid knowledge of outbound marketing tools and integration of software to link to the CRM (Apollo, Woodpecker, HubSpot)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Salary And Benefits: 

  • We are offering a pro rata salary of up to £50,000 per annum. 
  • A part time role, working 24 hours per week (although this is flexible).
