As a Construction Estimator, you'll not only play a vital role in our projects—inspecting roofs, engaging with customers, and ensuring seamless operations—but you'll also have the opportunity to earn significantly. We offer both commission-only and salary plus commission options, with uncapped commission based on your full sales ticket prices. Team members can achieve earnings of $100K or more, so if you’re driven and eager to maximize your income, we want to hear from you!

Role and Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Measure roofing and repair projects to provide accurate estimates.
• Safely inspect roofs and attics to identify damage, taking care while walking on roofs.
• Maintain clear communication with customers at every stage of the project.
• Thoroughly document and manage customer information in Garcia’s CRM system.
• Oversee and manage your roofing and large project for a hassle-free, customer experience.
• Generate leads by canvassing during off-peak seasons to boost business.
• Report to the office from 7 AM to 5 PM if you don't have appointments or other tasks.
• Climbing roofs is an essential part of this role.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to use a ladder and safely access the roof and attic.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Positive problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent time management and follow-up skills.

General Information:

• Weekly Training Bonus for the first 10 weeks.
  • Amount varies based on compensation plans.

• Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
