Your Role:

As a Construction Estimator, you'll be right in the action, checking out roofs, talking to customers, and ensuring everything runs smoothly with your projects. Here's what you'll be doing. (Including but not limited to):

• Measure roofing and repair projects to provide accurate estimates.
• Safely inspect roofs and attics to identify damage, taking care while walking on roofs.
• Maintain clear communication with customers at every stage of the project.
• Thoroughly document and manage customer information in Garcia’s CRM system.
• Oversee and manage your roofing project for a hassle-free, customer experience.
• Generate leads by canvassing during off-peak seasons to boost business.

What We're Looking For:

• Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to use a ladder and safely access the roof and attic.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Positive problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent time management and follow-up skills.
