We're looking for someone who is willing to learn from us, is detail oriented and enjoys interacting with customers and sales representatives on the phone.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As the Customer Service Representative you will be required to coordinate with vendors, customers, schedule appointments, input leads, and follow up with customers and sales representatives.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):
- Manage appointment calendars.
- Compose and prepare correspondence.
- Answer calls and record information.
- Follow up on incoming issues and concerns.
- Perform clerical functions such as:
- Reports.
- Memos.
- Letters.
- Spreadsheet.
- Other documents.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Very strong interpersonal skills
- A self-starter, motivated to contribute to the group.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive approach, problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Highly resourceful team-player.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- High level of customer service and response.
- Proficient in Google tools, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Work Schedule: (Full time)
- Monday - Friday
- 7 AM to 4 PM
- After hours and weekends depending on the workload.
