LEAD GENERATOR
Our Lead Generator is responsible for generating leads through Door-to-Door canvassing (Door Knocking). Your goal is to schedule a no-cost, no-obligation inspection for potential customers. It is your responsibility to record accurate customer information and represent Garcia Roofing with enthusiasm and professionalism. Training, marketing materials, company apparel, & pre-selected neighborhoods are provided to you. We offer ongoing training and support to ensure your success.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):
- Knocking Door-to-door.
- 3 pm - 7 pm on weekdays
- 9 am - 5 pm on Saturdays
- Create business by canvassing and getting customer referrals.
- Create and maintain accurate and detailed customer records in Garcia’s CRM system.
- Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the desire to succeed
- Always be Courteous, Neat, Clean and in proper uniform.
- Must be willing to work outdoors in any season
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Customer service oriented.
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Ability to analyze data and accurately process numerical data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent time management.
