PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Garcia Roofing is looking for a Production Assistant to join our team. You will be expected to do daily job planning, coordinate with vendors, customer service, schedule appointments, input leads, and follow up with customers and crews.
 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):

• Coordinate project activities, resources, and information between the office and field.
• Keep in contact with clients in regards to projects.
• Assure the client’s needs are met throughout the project.
• Help prepare project proposals, time frames, schedule and budget.
• Monitor the job’s progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Be the point of contact for the project and all participants.
• Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget and plans.
• Issue all appropriate legal and required paperwork to complete tasks.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Comply with Garcia's policies, procedures and the employee handbook.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic. 
• Customer service oriented. 
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to analyze data and accurately process numerical data. 
• Positive problem-solving attitude. 
• Excellent time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook calendar).

GENERAL INFORMATION:

• Work Schedule: (Full time)
  • Monday - Friday 
  • 7 AM to 5 PM
  • After hours and weekends depending on the workload.
