We are hiring motivated and dependable individuals for an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative role. In this position, you will engage directly with community members to support nonprofit fundraising efforts while building strong communication and customer service skills.
No previous experience is required. We offer paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed and grow within the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional face-to-face customer service
- Represent nonprofit partners and communicate their mission clearly
- Engage with individuals, answer questions, and share relevant information
- Promote and support fundraising initiatives through community outreach
- Maintain a positive, approachable, and professional attitude
- Attend team meetings and training sessions regularly
- Accurately record interactions and follow company procedures
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people in person
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
- Open to feedback and willing to learn
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
Preferred (not required):
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales
