We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our HR team. In this role, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for helping others within a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, answering phones, and coordinating meetings.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR-related role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
