Job Description: As a Call Centre Representative at Global Partners, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding customer support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of service. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage customer relationships will be key to ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Document call details, customer interactions, and actions taken in the CRM system.
• Assist customers with product information, service updates, and troubleshooting.
• Follow up on customer requests and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed performance targets for call handling, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex issues.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate assistance.
• Contribute to process improvements and suggest ways to enhance customer service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer support.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• A positive attitude and strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
