Job Description: As a Front Office Staff member at Global Partners, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, handling communications, and supporting various administrative tasks. Your role will be crucial in creating a positive first impression and ensuring the efficient functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception and Guest Services:
- Greet clients, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage the check-in process, ensuring that all visitors are properly registered and directed to their appointments.
- Provide information about the company, services, and facilities as needed.
Communication Management:
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
- Handle inquiries, take messages, and ensure that communication is forwarded to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain an organized and professional front desk area.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Manage office supplies, place orders, and ensure that the front office is stocked with necessary materials.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Office Coordination:
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support the planning and execution of office events, meetings, and client visits.
- Ensure that the reception area and meeting rooms are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members to support overall office efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
