You’ll have the chance to use your interpersonal skills and passion to provide utmost care to your clients. You will build strong relationships as you provide basic services for your clients, including assistance with service selection, answering expert questions, and more. You will become a valuable member of our Customer Care team to ensure that the needs of the client are supported. Our easy-to-use app tells you everything you need to know about your clients, lets you write notes after each visit, see clientsʼ great feedback on you—and much more.
To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer care.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers when they arrive
- Answer any questions customers have
- Help customers choose the service that is the best fit for them
- Help customers troubleshoot when they are unsatisfied with a product or service
- Must be good with people and understanding customer needs
- Light housekeeping - Help with tidying up the areas
Requirements
-Age 21+
-Pass a comprehensive background check and drug test
-Be willing to travel to your clients
-Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills
