Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Online Support Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing timely support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive online experience.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment. If you enjoy problem-solving and helping people, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and online support platforms in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with account issues, order updates, troubleshooting, and general support requests.
  • Coordinate support tickets and ensure all customer concerns are resolved efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Monitor support channels and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Help improve customer support processes and contribute ideas to enhance the user experience.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and updates to provide accurate information.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, online support, or administrative coordination preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable using online communication tools, CRM systems, and support platforms.
