The ideal candidate is a self-starter, polished, highly productive and able to work in a small office environment in Seattle, WA. To become the newest member of our family you must possess exceptional: interpersonal skills; critical thinking; problem solving; communication skills in both verbal and written; Microsoft Office skills; databases knowledge; time management; organizational; ability to follow direction and complete assignments quickly and with high degree of accuracy is a must. Applicants must be very detailed-oriented and be able to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion. The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical support to department.
Work hours: The schedule is flexible, Approx. 25-40 hours per week.

REQUIREMENTS
The ability to pass a background and reference check
Microsoft Word and Excel
Must have one year of office experience
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Ability to work well under pressure, juggle tasks and work efficiently against deadlines
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and adjust workload accordingly
Demonstrate problem solving and judgment capabilities
Perform related clerical duties, such as word processing, maintaining filing and record systems, faxing and photocopying.
College degree preferred, but not required
BENEFITS
You will be eligible for health insurance coverage on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.
You will be eligible for the 401(K) plan after one year of employment and 1000 hours.
