We are looking for Software Support Executive to support our growing
customer base with multiple areas of WebXpress solution.
Your profile:
• Receive support calls/ whatsapp/ mail/ tickets system requests from
customers
• Verify the issues stated and assign to relevant teams
• Follow up on solution of the issues and explain the same to customers
• Close tickets in system and maintain turn around time service levels
Skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Identify escalations and handle the
same quickly
• Ability to patiently understand
customer issue
