We’re looking for a Client Support Representative to join our team and help us continue to provide top-notch assistance to our growing client base.
As a Client Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, offering assistance, answering questions, and troubleshooting issues. You’ll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our clients’ experience by delivering efficient, empathetic, and proactive support. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Respond to inbound client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear, accurate, and timely information.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with prompt and effective solutions.
- Documentation: Log client interactions and update client records in our CRM system, tracking issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Product Support: Guide clients through product features, troubleshoot technical issues, and offer best practice solutions.
- Escalation: Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management when necessary.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., technical support, sales, and account management) to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service or client support is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with client concerns.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to help clients.
- Comfortable using support tools, email, and chat platforms.
- Familiarity with basic troubleshooting for software and hardware is a bonus.
