Hatchways is a new co-working concept that integrates a high-performance Workspace with a healthy, productivity-oriented fast-casual Café that launched in Victory Park on September 30th. We’re seeking service-oriented, digitally-native team players to join Hatchways as Service Representatives. Through the delivery of excellent hospitality and service, our Representatives will evangelize the brand and build our Member community. Additionally, by being on the guest-facing front lines of the business, Representatives will be critical in helping to perfect and grow this concept as we scale across DFW and beyond.

WHO YOU ARE
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Because you’re the day-to-day “face” of Hatchways, you will embody the Hatchways brand through your presence and service at every Member touchpoint. Additionally, you will support the operations behind-the-scenes necessary to enable the Member experience. From introducing a prospective Member to the space to ringing up a guest’s order in the Café to troubleshooting the Workspace printer, you’ll relentlessly ensure that Hatchways is high-functioning, engaging, and enjoyable for our Members.
