The Associate Data Analyst will support the Data & Analytics team in Heartland House by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help inform program and operational strategies. This position requires an individual with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for using data to drive social impact. The Associate Data Analyst will work closely with other teams within the organization to identify trends, improve processes, and ensure that data is effectively utilized for decision-making.
Requirements;
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
1-3 years of experience in data analysis, ideally within a nonprofit or social services environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex data
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
