Job Summary:
As the NetSuite Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall administration, maintenance, and enhancement of our NetSuite ERP system. This role requires a deep understanding of NetSuite functionality, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting NetSuite solutions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administration, integration, and maintenance operations of NetSuite and other business systems.
- Develop, implement and maintain internal tools
- Oversee data migration, data cleansing, and data maintenance activities within NetSuite.
- Oversee workflows, reports, and dashboards, adapting to evolving business requirements.
- Develop effective monitoring procedures for the NetSuite environment.
- Establish, implement, and adhere to standard processes and controls to maintain a clean environment, covering customization requests, sandbox maintenance, and change management.
- Collaborate with various departments to recommend solutions and offer guidance for enhancing the existing SOPs for NetSuite via new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
- Act as the first point of contact and subject matter expert for NetSuite related inquires, projects, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize their proficiency in using NetSuite.
- Stay current with NetSuite updates and enhancements to optimize system functionality.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, and/or other technical discipline.
- 5+ years experience working with NetSuite as an administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite functionality, including SuiteScript development.
- Experience with system integrations and data migration.
- Proficiency with saved searches, formulas, reporting, creating dashboards, creating custom forms and creating workflows
- Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model.
- Experience with other ERP systems.
- Familiarity with CRM functionality within NetSuite.
- Knowledge of CPQ processes and how they integrate with NetSuite.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus
