Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks.
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
- Assist with scheduling, event planning, and office coordination.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring they are directed appropriately.
- Organize team lunches and assist with related logistics.
- Pack and organize eBay items for shipment.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Work directly with our Trustees.
Requirements
- Previous administrative or office-based experience is essential.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
- A reliable, proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
Additional Details
- Hours: This is a part-time role, requiring 1-2 days of in-office work per week, which could easily expand to full-time, could also be available as a full time at the start if we find the right fit.
- Compensation: We are happy to offer compensation of 22k – 23k based on a 5-day working week.
