Icon V is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry / Customer Service in Miami, FL. This role requires a combination of data entry skills and exceptional customer service abilities to support our clients and internal teams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter customer information, orders, and transactions into the company database.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide product and service information to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
