💼 What You'll Actually Own
End-to-End Recruitment
- Own the full hiring pipeline for each role — sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer roll-out
- Hire across functions: technical (engineering, QA, product, data) and non-technical (sales, marketing, operations, customer success)
- Hire across seniority: freshers to senior-level, and everything in between
- Ensure zero drop-offs in pipeline — every candidate has a status, every role has momentum
Sourcing & Candidate Experience
- Go beyond job boards — LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, boolean search, referrals, alumni networks, campus connects
- Build real relationships with candidates, not transactional pipelines
- Ensure every candidate who interacts with Saleshandy leaves with a positive impression — regardless of outcome
Hiring Operations & Data
- Keep Gohire updated, accurate, and insightful — hiring data should tell a story, not just track stages
- Maintain hiring dashboards, pipeline reports, and offer documentation with precision
- Track your own metrics: time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance rate — before anyone asks you to
SaaS Hiring Intelligence
- Develop a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS talent landscape
- Know what a great SDR looks like vs. a great AM, what a backend engineer from a product startup brings vs. a services background
- Stay plugged into where the right people are — and go find them
📋 What You Bring
- 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech startup environment
- Demonstrated ability to hire across functions — tech and non-tech, junior and senior
- Genuine curiosity about the SaaS industry — you follow the space, you understand the roles
- Hunter mentality in sourcing — you are not waiting for applications
- Strong interpersonal skills — you build relationships, not just pipelines
- Data-driven by default — you track your numbers without being asked
- High energy and resilience — recruiting is emotionally complex and fast-moving, and you handle it professionally
