Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

 

As Project Coordinator, you’ll work closely with a Project Manager to fulfill the direction established by the Experience Director (XD) team. You’ll help define the detailed requirements for each project and feature. You will also work closely with production teams on the specifications needed to deliver the project successfully. Plus, you’ll work with clients and outside resource partners to set priorities and coordinate details to allow the production team to keep projects moving forward. Responsibilities include:

  • Work with the Project Manager to define scope of each project
  • Get answers for the team to clarify details as they develop project deliverables
  • Be aware of client commitments and communicate timelines internally to assist in the management of priorities
  • Work with the production, project management and XD team to prioritize backlog
  • Scope and prioritize support work for applications
  • Manage dependencies in and across releases
  • Facilitates work across production teams to ensure it is completed efficiently and consistently
  • Follows the development life cycle of the project as defined
  • Manage project related documents by ensuring that all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
  • Coordinate project correspondence including meeting minutes, email updates, etc.
  • Assists project manager and accounting in invoice preparation
  • Tracks billable percentage of team members and brings up issues
  • Tracks project impediments and presents options for resolution

 

Professional Experience 

  • Strong time management, organization and project management skills
  • One to three years of relevant experience or proven learning track
  • Familiarity with project management and other software applications
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions with minimal supervision

 

Physical Requirements

 

Able to work at a computer and monitor (sitting and standing) for extended periods of time
