Job Title: Back office Analyst
Location: Brno
Job Type: Permanent
Your responsibilities
• Interpret issues reported by internal and external map users
• Review and research requests to determine if map attributes require edits/updates
• Editing the map content
• Perform quality check on completed tickets as per checklist
• Cooperation within the team
• Handle day to day transactions/tickets using client provided tools, guidelines and policies
Our requirements
• Good communication skills
• English + additional language on B2 level (Hungarian, Polish, Italian, French, Russian, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Hebrew, Greek, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Turkish)
• Analytical and logical skills
• Attention to detail
• Focus on customer
• Ability to take decisions based on certain evidence and resources provided by the client
• Capability of research and identification of the right information
