We have an exciting career opportunity for a Territory Manager to join a sports betting company at their offices in Lusaka, Zambia. You will be responsible for running and driving the performance of the business by building a local team and working with the central marketing and management team. Your key job responsibilities as the Territory Manager in Lusaka, Zambia will include:
- Provide local knowledge to improve our product offering, localise promotions and build a customer-centric strategy
- Deal directly with the Zambia Revenue Authority to ensure compliance and build strong relationships for the company and “put a face to the name”
- Build an on-the-ground presence and in-territory team in Zambia to grow brand recognition, build trust and acquire customers
- Build a social media team and network of influencers in Zambia to grow brand recognition, build trust and acquire customers
- Work with the acquisition team to maximise first time deposits (FTDs) and drive down the cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Work with the retention team to retain customers, drive deposits and maximise customer lifetime value (LTV)
- Work with the customer service team to provide localised, best-in-market customer service
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): GGR (Gross Gaming Revenue), CPA, LTV, MAU (Monthly Active Users)
Requirements for this Territory Manager job in Lusaka, Zambia:
- Self-starter with proven experience in a relevant role
- Understanding of CPA / LTV performance metrics and data analytics
- Excellent sporting knowledge
- General casino games knowledge
- Good English writing skills
- Good communication and organisational skills
