Responsibilities of the position include:
- Respond to support requests, troubleshooting, escalation management and problem resolution for end users who report technical issues.
- Answer Help Desk Tickets from users and investigate the reported issue.
- Provide support to Mobile Staff for custom iPhone App and other iPhone issues
- Provide support to Mobile Staff for custom Windows Desktop Application
- Look through existing VB.Net or C# code to identify bugs.
- Look through existing SQL Code to identify bugs.
- Write Code to fix bugs related to reported issues.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Be able to multitask between competing priorities.
Skills/Experience:
- 2+ experience as a Help Desk Technician
- 2+ years’ experience with VB.NET & C#
- 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005+
- iPhone Development using Xamarin would be an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English to interact with all levels within the organization
- Excellent time management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
