Position Summary:
Intrapura is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Events Coordinator to join our growing team. We’re searching for a candidate with deep understanding of event coordination, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
The Events Coordinator will be responsible for the full lifecycle of events from creating event concepts and designs to implementation, budget control, and troubleshooting. You should keep up with industry trends and have the ability to interpret analytics and adjust accordingly. We’re looking for an organized professional who’s excited to become part of our team.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute event management plans that include organizing vendors, catering, and other event needs
• Participate in setting event goals and measuring success
• Ensure budget and timeline are adhered to throughout the event-planning process
• Manage a range of activities related to organizing events (site selection, registration, communication of logistics, etc.)
• Facilitate communications between stakeholders
• Coordinate staffing and manage event logistics
• Manage invoicing, bill payment, and other financial aspects of events
• Create and communicate post-event reports and analyses to internal teams
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Events, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or Manager
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and keep a flexible schedule
• Detail-oriented and tech savvy with knowledge of event software
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Experience with budgeting and financial management
• Knowledge of public relations, marketing, and delivery of customer service
