The Role:

 

With exciting and ambitious growth plans, iProov will be undergoing a considerable amount of change.  As such there is a need for an ambitious, detail oriented, and determined person to join our Operations and People function as our Business Planning Manager with responsibility for maintaining and optimising business-wide planning activities.  Collaborating with, and coordinating, key stakeholders across the business, this person will also ensure effective performance indicators, controls, and analytics are in place to monitor key business objectives as well as drive cross functional improvement initiatives when required.

 

As this is an execution and results driven role this person will need strong organisational skills as well as experience in operational management, planning and analytics.  Certifications in project management is an advantage, as is accreditation in process improvement methodologies

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and optimising business planning processes, including overall business roadmaps, balanced scorecards, and performance indicators
  • Working with operational leads across the functions of the organisation to ensure alignment of the overall business plan to functional plans / scorecards / targets
  • Reporting of performance against business plans using targeted analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with other key subject matter experts in identifying and implementing improvements within and across functions
  • Liasing with Finance and other operational leads to ensure alignment of budget, investment and resourcing plans to business plans and objectives
  • Working with our People function to align performance management activities with business and functional scorecards
  • Overseeing the administration of cross functional projects when required

You will need: 

  • Demonstrable experience in business planning and analysis; analytical thinking and problem solving, cost benefit analysis, business performance scorecard development, risk management methodologies
  • Hands on involvement in cross functional projects, facilitating and driving improvements into sustainable change
  • Strong ability to work across functions, coordinating and collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholder groups, including senior leadership
  • Experience working in high-growth / complex organisations with ability to operate successfully in a lean fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, able to multitask, take ownership and be efficient in ambiguous situations
