iProov is looking for a data analyst specialising in performance to join the growing data team. You will ensure consistency and adoption of key company metrics as well as identify areas for improvement. iProov is on a mission to make the internet a safer place for businesses and consumers. Our unique facial biometric technology allows banks, governments, healthcare and travel providers to verify customer identity online and provide simple access to secure services.

We work with fantastic customers across a number of industry sectors – organisations using our technology include the US Department of Homeland Security, the UK Home Office, the NHS, Eurostar, the Singapore government, ING and many more.


The Data Analyst will report to the Lead Data Analyst and will be based in iProov’s London headquarters, with a hybrid working model. 

Responsibilities:

  • Discover, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets
  • Proactively identifying enhancement initiatives to gain efficiencies and improve quality
  • Investigate performance issues and answer escalated customer queries
  • Utilise business intelligence tools to build and maintain reports and dashboards 
  • Working cross-functionally across multiple stakeholders.
  • Compelling story-telling skills, and an eye for powerful visualisations - you’ll need to translate your findings for all levels of stakeholder (business and technical)

Qualifications & Skills:

  • You have experience in common data science tools and technologies.
  • Strong academic background in Mathematics and/or Statistics. 
  • Hands-on experience with BI/Data visualisation tools, preferably Looker.
  • Confident in exploring, investigating and analysing large datasets.
  • Highly numerate, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A problem solver, happy working autonomously as well as collaboratively
