Our Role
The Global Campaign Marketing Manager will play an important role in iProov’s GTM strategy. You will be working across the GTM organization to design, implement, and optimze high-impact initiatives that deliver results throughout the funnel. The role will encompass the full customer lifecycle from net new acquisition all the way to customer expansion.
This is a broad role with a high level of autonomy, requiring well-rounded marketing expertise balanced with working knowledge of modern marketing practices. You will need to think and work strategically while retaining a focus on tactical execution and results.
This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with many departments to set up and launch programs, including sales, creative services, clients, partners, and campaign management, yet act independently when needed to solve problems through proactive action.
How you’ll make an impact
Design, execute, and report on modern inbound and outbound integrated marketing programs to generate demand, leads, pipeline, and revenue from target accounts as well as initiatives to accelerate leads through the funnel
Collaborate with the Corporate and Product & Solutions Marketing teams to produce promotional messaging in line with ICP to better enable prospective buyers
Work closely with the Customer Success team to deliver customer expansion marketing programs to increase wallet share with existing customers, reinforce our value proposition and build advocacy within our client base
Own the account intelligence process to make sure that our Target Account List and ABM programs are well-informed to optimize program performance
Work closely with Marketing Operations to develop a feedback loop, report on the efficacy of campaigns and make iterative improvements
Align with the Field Marketing team to support custom initiatives and drive results in line with regional plans
Work across the marketing organization to aggregate content for use in campaigns including product, solutions, PR, and corporate marketing teams.
Collaborate with digital marketing to execute programs and track, and analyze results; report successes and/or identify gaps, recommending actions to improve results
Manage resources for each assigned project to stay on schedule
Anticipate potential issues through frequently reviewing data and use critical thinking and action to shift components as needed to head off or resolve issues
We tend to look for people with
Demonstrable experience working in a campaign marketing role, ideally at a cybersecurity, identity or tech company
Marketing project and program management, with reliable detail orientation and ability to meet deadlines; someone who can execute tasks thoroughly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity of marketing to Enterprises and the Public Sector as well as working in a revenue-oriented marketing role
Broad marketing experience across digital, field, content, and product with an understanding of what levers to pull to create the desired effect
Strong project and budget management skills. Highly organized multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, creative, results-driven environment
Proactive and positive individual who equally enjoys working collaboratively and autonomously when needed
