The Role:
This role sits within Finance function and the person will play an important part in managing the NetSuite system implementation. You will also be working closely with our Product and Tech team to ensure the correct data is captured from the relevant sources and fed back accordingly. The responsibility will be delivering the project within the agreed time frame and efficiently setting up automated processes backed up by audit trails. You will be successfully liaising with external and internal stakeholders and providing detailed training to the main system users to ensure full system utilisation.

Responsibilities:
Project lead the migration from Xero to NetSuite. This will include, but will not be limited
- Assist in restructuring and mapping of the chart of accounts,
- Assist in creation of new format of Management reports and KPI
- Populate all migration templates with necessary details
- Liaise with the implementation partner and other key stakeholders to validate tax, legal and statutory requirements and drive overall adoption of the global template
- Liaise with our internal Product and Tech teams to ensure NetSuite correctly records the customer data usage and feeds back the billing and balance position to iPortal
- Reviewing R2R (record to report) accounting processes, design and implement a standard operating procedure for the Finance function (e.g., journal process, reconciliations, and reports)
- Ensuring P2P (purchase to pay) and O2C (order to cash) processes are effectively adopted by Finance Function
- Reviewing and performing business analysis on perceived gaps to the global template to drive process standardisation
- Lead the NetSuite deployment activities
- Responsible for the data migration and testing
- Reviewing and document all processes and controls
- Drive awareness of process controls as well as standard operational reporting
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including user training
- Supporting the overall team, escalating risks and issues and drive team engagement

You will need:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
- Solid End user operational experience with NetSuite
- NetSuite systems implementations experience
- Experience in setting up repeatable efficient processes and controls
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and experience including building excel models and manipulation and analysis of large data files
- Hands-on project management skills required
- Proven experience of successful collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
