Job Description
- The Manager of Business Operations will be responsible for helping support the development and execution of medium- to large-scale, cross-channel, and cross-functional initiatives in support of growth & continuous improvement goals.
- The role will provide support by facilitating project management activities, such as preparation of materials, capturing meeting notes, distributing action items, ensuring follow-up/accountability, and sending status reports.
- The role may evolve to contribute to process design & improvement, project governance, organizational facilitation activities, and execution of implementation activities.
- Additionally, the Manager of Business Operations will be expected to act as a catalyst for change by working collaboratively to achieve shared goals, drive an open and inclusive working environment, act with a sense of urgency, and build relationships with internal partners.
- Position reports to Manager of Business Planning & Operations.
Qualifications
- Communicates effectively in groups and one-on-one situations
- Excellent verbal and written communicational skills
- Experience in organizing and managing cross-functional projects and teams
- Minimum of 4-7 years of demonstrated strategic and analytical project experience
- PC skills and proficiency with MS Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving skills driving decisions at both strategic and tactical levels
- Strong project and change management skills with proven ability to manage complex business problems and achieve business results while managing/executing against multiple priorities
