My client a Leader in the South African and global restaurant industry is looking for a Marketing Manager with Brand building and Events Management experience. Responsible for Marketing/Branding/Employee experience and engagement. Internal engagement finding creative ways to find and attract suitable individuals. Motivate Employees in building the Brand in South Africa/UK and Cyprus. A very, very exciting opportunity for the right individual. We are looking for an individual that has worked in the Retail Industry such as TFG/Woolworths/Edcon etc.
- You must be creative and well-organized. Have an enthusiastic attitude, working well with teams and being able to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment.
- Logical thinker. Must develop implement and control all Initiatives and programmes to elevate the internal brand and to attract and retain great people.
- Expand the company's online presence on different employment sites, developing creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company's website and identifying new recruitment opportunities through social media.
- Happy to travel Nationally and Internationally
- Have empathy and a creative thinker. Extremely hands on
Requirements:
- Degree in either Marketing/Branding, BCOM or Journalism
- At least 5-10 years in a similar role
- Current passport
- Drivers License
- Strong project management skills and Microsoft Office mastery are essential
- Experience managing website content and working with Google analytics to help create and assess social media programs.
