YYour Role
As s a Chef De Partie at The Fife Arms Hotel Braemar, you will be responsible for a section of the Kitchen ensuring the ppreparation and delivery of high-quality food to the restaurant, outside catering and events catering. You will work with tthe Head Chef to create, develop and maintain an inspiring recipe book using the very best of local and national natural rresources and ingredients.

EExperience in a similar role would be great, but if you have the passion and ambition to deliver exceptional experiences tthen you can count on us to show you the rest. MInimum 2 year's experience in a 5* establishment
